Delivery Policy

SubscribeAny is software delivered online by Coroadies Technologies Private Limited. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses for our own services.

1. When you get access

  • Your account is available as soon as you sign up, and paid features are switched on as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within minutes.
  • Your online store goes live on your SubscribeAny web address once you have added your products and published it. Connecting your own domain depends on your domain registrar's DNS update, which usually takes up to 48 hours.
  • Onboarding help — such as importing your catalogue — is scheduled with you, normally within 3 working days of your request.
  • A branded mobile app is built once you have provided your brand details and the app store accounts are ready. Google Play and Apple's App Store review apps on their own timelines, which we do not control; we will keep you updated.

2. Invoices and confirmations

Payment confirmations and GST invoices are sent to your registered email and are available in your account.

3. Orders from stores on SubscribeAny

Goods and services you buy from a store or app that runs on SubscribeAny are shipped or delivered by that store. Delivery areas, times, charges and pickup options are set by the store and shown at checkout; please contact the store about your order.

4. Problems

If something you paid for has not been switched on, write to coroadiestechnologies@gmail.com or call +91 63039 36728. If we cannot deliver it, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
