Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments made to Coroadies Technologies Private Limited for SubscribeAny subscriptions and services. It does not cover purchases from a store that runs on SubscribeAny — for those, the store is the seller and its own refund, return and cancellation policy applies. Please contact the store directly.

1. Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel at any time by writing to coroadiestechnologies@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 63039 36728 from your registered number.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.
  • There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in period, unless an order form you signed says otherwise.
  • Before your account closes you can export your products, customers and orders.

2. Refunds

  • First payment: if you are not satisfied, ask within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full.
  • Charged in error: duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation took effect, or charges for the wrong amount are refunded in full.
  • Service not delivered: if we fail to provide a paid feature or a service we agreed to deliver and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the part of the fee that relates to it.
  • Otherwise, fees for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, including for partial use of that period.
  • Fees paid to third parties on your behalf — such as payment gateway, SMS, WhatsApp or app store charges — are refundable only to the extent that the third party refunds them to us.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it. GST charged on a refunded amount is reversed with a credit note.

4. Asking for a refund

Email coroadiestechnologies@gmail.com with your business name, registered phone number, the invoice or payment reference, and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.
